3rd CAFÉ’s general assembly and 8th workshop on governance strategies for environment funds, Antsiranana Madagascar 14th to 21st November 2013

The 3rd CAFÉ’s general assembly will be held from 19 to 20 November 2013 in Antsiranana Madagascar. This year, the assembly’s theme focuses on “”Environmental funds, a mechanism for sustainable development”; international experts will update the participants on the latest development and trends related to Aichi Targets, international finance market, quality standard for Environmental Funds, financing protected area. International donors: World Bank, UNPD will discuss with the participants the vision and approach on sustainable development.

Prior to the assembly,  the environmental funds will benefit from three day workshop on “Governance strategies for environmental funds”, conducted by Baastel Consulting. This workshop is organized by RedLAC the Latin American and Caribbean Network of Environmental Funds (RedLAC).
